NEW REVISED EDITION LIFE WITH BUSTER KEATON AKA: The Buster Keaton Show 1951. Syndicated. Buster Keaton--one the movies greatest comedians in his only TV series. The series was produced by Clyde Bruckman and directed by Eddie Cline. The show opens with a hilarious spoof of westerns Wild Wild West as Buster faces the James Brothers. The cast is loaded with old B western extras. Buster in in full form here. In The Haunted House, Buster goes to a haunted house (where else?) to collect an inheritance. (He Waltzes with a gorilla). The Time Machine features Keaton in a mad scientist's lab, strapped in a time machine which sends him to various eras of the past. Buster appears as a caveman, and later as Napoleon!. The film ends with Buster walking about in the clouds, trying to find his way back to the present. And now a word from our sponsors. In the 1950's Buster did a series of commercial for Jeep called Lessons In Living. 1950's. Luckily when the negatives were being scrapped someone clipped out Busters segments from the commercials. Bonus: No. 2: A segment of Buster's guest appearance on The Rosemary Clooney Show. (1956).
